NEW YORK:

Senior Associate Attorney/Counsel - Real Estate - Candidates must have substantial leasing experience representing prominent tenants and landlords. 

Associate Attorneys - Real Estate - Class of ’06 to ’08; Seeking associates with the appropriate level of experience, based upon seniority, working on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, construction, fund formation and leasing.  High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred, but will consider small firms experience as well.
Associate Attorney - Financial Institutions Group - Class of ’05 to ’08; with strong specialized knowledge in Insurance, M&A, and regulatory matters.  High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
Associate - Banking - Class ’07 / ’08; 3 to 5 years Banking experience in acquisition and other leveraged finance transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements and other loan documents. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.

HONG KONG / BEIJING / SHANGHAI:

Associates - Litigation and Arbitration - Hong Kong - Junior-Mid Level; Must be U.S. admitted with experience in investigations (internal, regulatory, FCPA, financial fraud) and/or securities litigation. English and Mandarin Chinese language skills required.  High level academic achievement preferred.
Associates - Hong Kong Corporate - Hong Kong - Mid/Senior Level; Solid HK Takeovers Code experience; Hong Kong qualification. Mandarin Chinese language skills skills preferred but not essential.

Associates - U.S. Corporate - 3 to 5 Years; Candidate should have U.S. Securities and/or M&A experience; Mandarin Chinese fluency required.

Associates - Cross-Border Corporate Finance - with a minimum of three years experience in capital markets and/or private equity matters. The practice works on a broad and interesting range of China-related corporate matters. Ideal candidate will have a high-grade law degree from a major U.S. law school, and strong English/Mandarin language skills.

Associates - U.S. Corporate - Mid/Senior Level; Must have U.S. Securities / High Yield experience; fluent Mandarin and Cantonese required.

SINGAPORE:

Associates - U.S. Corporate - Mid/Senior-Level; U.S. Securities / High Yield experience; Asian language not required.

Associates - U.S. Corporate - Mid-Level; Corporate Finance experience; Asian language skills not required.

PALO ALTO:

Associate - Patent Litigation - 5 to 7 years experience; Prefer a science or engineering background; High academic achievement and solid law firm experience.

For noted positions, prefer candidates who are fluent (read/write/speak) in English and Mandarin; Cantonese and/or Shanghaiese language capabilities are also a plus. Associate - Bankruptcy / Restructuring - 3 to 5 years commercial bankruptcy, corporate restructuring experience, and Chapter 11. The position can be located in New Jersey or New York and offers an opportunity for good work experience representing creditors' committees, debtors, secured creditors, and a diverse assortment of other matters, as well as direct client contact.  Excellent academic credentials required. 

Associate - Trusts & Estates - 3 to 5 years experience in estate planning and administration. An LL.M. in Taxation, admission to both New Jersey and New York Bars, and experience with Trusts and Estates litigation and Tax-exempt entities are all pluses.  Excellent academic credentials required.

Associate - Investment Management Fund Formation - Investment Management Group is seeking a highly qualified corporate associate with 3 to 6 years of investment management experience. Specific experience in fund formation and fund structuring is considered a plus. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, drafting skills, communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Excellent business/academic credentials required. This position can be based in either the New Jersey or New York office.
